Production
The versatility of the system allows its application in different solutions-mobile, stationary, portable and pass-box systems-to meet specific operational needs.
A solution of less than 8 percent hydrogen peroxide is diffused through a nozzle, creating a mist of micro-droplets that, passing through a high-voltage electromagnetic field, undergo an ionization process.
The resulting solution possesses a high concentration of hydroxyl radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) capable of damaging microorganisms through oxidation of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids.
The electromagnetic field imparts an electrostatic charge to the mist, which thereby acts as a gas due to the mutual repulsive activity of the positive charges.
The result is an optimized diffusion of the solution that is able to reach 100 percent of the treated area. The resulting products, oxygen and water, leave no residue on the surfaces.
Zherox® Light is a stand-alone machine capable of biodecontaminating areas up to 300 m3.
Through the touch display, biodecontamination operations and routine and extraordinary maintenance can be managed. GMPRep software enables the generation of GMP reports.

A proprietary, CFR 21 part 11-compliant application controls and manages all functions of the biodecontamination system; the graphical interface is designed to facilitate operators at all levels of access.
