    With a view to an important development of the DACH area, we are looking for a resource to strengthen our foreign sales team, who, reporting directly to the International Country Manager, will provide support in the technical-commercial management of customers and will be the point of reference for the various company functions.

    These are the main activities related to the role

    • supports the area manager in contacting and managing relations with potential customers and in the development of new projects;
    • in collaboration with your manager, verifies customer requests and identifies suitable products to meet their needs;
    • collaborates with other company departments to process customer requests;
    • provides customer support during all stages of sales and after-sales negotiations;
    • drafts sales offers and carries out the relevant follow-up;
    • assists the manager in monitoring sales activities, prospecting for new customers and preparing related reports;
    • provides support to Customer Service for checking the order received and for any problems that may arise after the sale;
    • collaborates with marketing in organising international trade fairs;
    • participates in trade fairs and conventions;
    • manages sampling.

    These are the skills required

    • previous experience in export sales roles;
    • excellent knowledge of German (mother tongue or C2 level);
    • excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level);
    • strong interpersonal and communication skills</
